- We do not ship large glass pieces such as Door Glass or Windshields as we find that we can never ship them safely and get broken in transit.
The online catalog is to be used as a reference guide and does not reflect the availability or stocking status of the item. Parts in our local warehouse can process in one to two business days before shipping to customer, however special order parts may take up to five to seven business days to process before shipping to customer. Due to monthly manufacturer updates, Mopar can discontinue or supersede a part number without notice, thus effecting price and availability. We assume no liability for issues that may occur, causing inaccurate content in website.
Diagrams are not exact detailed images and cannot be used as such. If viewer needs any clarification it is recommended to contact a sales team member before ordering. Otherwise, viewer is responsible for any and all shipping fees associated with returns and/or exchanges.

Website diagrams and part numbers specifically cataloged for US vehicles though many parts are applicable for other countries. Electrical parts (i.e. modules, computers, control units, distribution boxes, etc.) requiring additional programming must be performed by the customer's local Chrysler dealer as the part must be installed on the vehicle during programming. The cost associated with this procedure is the customer's responsibility.

A tracking number will be provided via email once the package is ready for shipment. Shipping estimates are based on destination, package size, weight, and value. International orders will be shipped duty and tax collect. Inspect package immediately upon receiving for damage. Shipments are sent “Signature Required” upon customer consent. There is a $5 shipping redirect fee when applicable. Shipping time is calculated in business days. Weekends and holidays are not included in the calculation. Orders refused at delivery will be subject to a charge-back of all actual freight charges incurred (both directions), as well as any duties or taxes that may have been assessed. In addition, a 20% restocking charge will be assessed on all parts since delivery refusals do not comply with our return requirements.
Some parts may not reflect accurate measurements within the parameters of estimable shipping expenses. As some parts evolve and change (supersede) the metrics for that new part may not be associated with that part at the time of ordering. When that happens, the part will place a shipping fee on the checkout screen that may not accurately reflect the true shipping costs. That is common with parts that are damaged frequently and change often (Like fascias, bumpers, hoods and fenders). In that event, we will need to acquire an actual shipping estimate for a personal quote on your order.
International orders will be shipped duty and tax collect.
There is an additional hazardous materials handling fee that will be added to an order that includes hazardous material (airbags, seat belt tensions, etc) based on the number of hazardous items in the order.
MoparAmerica reserves the right to override customer's choice of shipping carrier based on customer location, time frame, and nature of order.
For your protection, please inspect your package before signing for it and have the driver make note of any damage. If there is damage the customer has 10 business days to contact the carrier and MoparAmerica with the issue. If the Carrier and MoparAmerica are not contacted within the 10 day period the part is not refundable or replaceable. The carrier is responsible for all items damaged in transit. Please contact the carrier for a damage claim and keep all packaging materials. All original shipping cartons and packing materials must be saved for inspection by the carrier. Discarding any of the original shipping/packing material will negate our ability to file a damaged package claim on your behalf with the carrier. Replacement orders shipped prior to completion of the carrier's investigation must be paid for in advance. However, upon completion of the investigation, a refund will be promptly issued. If lost parts are found and delivered, a refund will be issued once they are returned to us.
If you would rather not pay for a replacement prior to the completion of the investigation, we can delay shipping your no-cost replacement, or issuing a refund, until the investigation is complete (or the parts have been found and returned to us).
Parts that are delivered and signed for by freight forwarders are no longer MoparAmerica's responsibility. The customer has given the freight forwarder the right to sign for their package(s) here in the United States and assume the responsibility to further ship the package(s) to their final destination.
The customer has 7 calendar days from receiving part(s) to give to shipping carrier for return from the date the order is received. Parts must be returned in their original packaging. Parts will be inspected for damage upon arrival, no refunds for installed damaged parts. There is a 20% restocking fee incurred for returned parts in resell-able condition. If parts or packaging are deemed unsellable, a refund will not be offered. No parts are guaranteed to fit without the Vehicle Identification Number (VIN). If VIN is not given when order is placed or when requested by staff and as a result part does not fit or work, it is not returnable. Additionally, if part purchased is known to be outside the recommended part by Mopar's database (using VIN), then the part can not be guaranteed to work/fit on the vehicle. No refunds on electrical parts or performance parts. "Vintage" and "Export" sourced parts are non-refundable.
WARRANTY PARTS RETURNS
In general and unless otherwise specified, a part will be replaced or a refund issued (excluding shipping charges) if the part:
- Is returned WITHIN 12 months of the original invoice date.
- Has NOT been subjected to misuse, neglect, accident, improper installation or used for any purpose other than its intended use. Wear and tear is specifically EXCLUDED from ANY and ALL warranty coverage.
- Is approved by manufacturer upon inspection and subject to its guidelines and limitations.
- Is emptied of all fluids (if applicable).
- Has not previously been returned under warranty.
- Vehicle does not have a salvaged title.(Mopar will not warranty a part no matter what on a salvaged vehicle)
- NO WARRANTY ON INTERNATIONAL PARTS
Documentation Requirement: Mopar requires a complete description of the failure in order for warranty coverage to apply. Simply putting "doesn't work" is not acceptable. Customer must provide a complete Diagnostic Repair Order of the failure when you request a RMA# This must come from Authorized Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram Dealership or service center. Electrical parts can not warrantied if the vehicle has a salvaged title. No Exceptions.

INTERNATIONAL PAYMENTS in excess of $2,000.00 USD must be paid via PayPal or Wire Transfer only. Credit Card Payments not accepted on International purchases exceeding $2,000.00. This includes parts shipped to a freight-forwarder located in the U.S. but paid for via internet from outside the country.
